"I've been a loyal customer of Joe's ever since he opened. My husband knows to keep me away from there as much as possible because we inevitably will end up purchasing something whether very expensive pieces down to simple repairs. Joe is the very best at what he does, and I have no worries about him working on my jewelry. Recently, my husband and I hit a large milestone; we celebrated the 25th anniversary of our first date. All the other milestones were celebrated by either upgrading my wedding rings or something. I own at least one of all of my favorite gems and diamonds. I have always wanted a Moissanite solitaire ring. I think they are gorgeous even wearing with my true diamonds. So, we went to Joe's and Erin fixed me up with a beautiful solitaire, just like I was wanting. It's gorgeous. It only took Joe a couple of hours(!) to size it and I was able to wear it that very night to go out. I've never been disappointed with anything from Bacher's. Their service is wonderful from the cheerful greetings from the beauties out front to the top-of-the-line work Joe and his new jeweler does behind the counter. I brag to everyone about this place anytime anyone admires my jewelry or is looking for a good, reputable place for repairs or remaking an old heirloom. Erin always remembers us, is awesome, so knowledgeable, and always seems to be able to read my mind on what I need or want. Thank you, Joe and Erin, for always being there for me and all my needs."
