Returns & Exchanges:

Returns may be made within 15 days on all in-stock items for a full refund, or within 30 days for store credit or an exchange. No refunds or exchanges on special orders or modified items. Layaway items are not able to be returned unless it is within 15 days of the original purchase/layaway date, though they can be exchanged within 30 days of that date. All items must be in the original unworn condition and with the original packaging to be considered for a return, exchange, or store credit.

Special Orders:

If you would like to make a special order, a 50% deposit of the total transaction amount must be made. Any special orders left more than 30 days after completion will be charged a holding fee of 10% per week until picked up. Special orders that are left more than 60 days after completion will become the property of J. Bacher Inc. All payments are non-refundable.

Stock Layaways:

A 20% deposit of the total transaction amount is required to start a layaway. Monthly payment is required for all layaways. If the monthly payment is not made, then holding fees (10% per week) will be assessed for the next two weeks. If payment is not made within those two weeks then the layaway will be canceled, and all deposits will be forfeited. If you would like to cancel a layaway, your payment(s) will be refunded to you minus the initial deposit and (if applicable) holding fee(s) that were acquired, as that will be used as the cancellation fee. All money will be refunded if canceled within 15 days.

Repair Layaways:

A 20% deposit of the total transaction amount is required to start a layaway. Monthly payment is required for all layaways. If the layaway is a repair and you miss the monthly payment, then holding fees will be assessed until payment is made. Also, if you fail to make a payment within 60 days, then the layaway is canceled and the item becomes property of J. Bacher, Inc. Repair layaways cannot be canceled if the work is already done on the item. Payments/deposits are non-refundable unless canceled within 15 days and the item(s) has not been worked on yet.

 

Special Order Layaways:

A 50% deposit of the total transaction amount must be made/accumulated in order to start work or order any parts. Monthly payments are required for all layaways. If a monthly payment is missed, then holding fees will be assessed until payment is made. Also, if you fail to make a payment within 60 days, then the layaway will be canceled and the item will become the property of J. Bacher Inc. Special order layaways cannot be canceled if parts have already been ordered and/or if any work has been started. If you would like to cancel a layaway before the process has started, then your payment(s) will be refunded to you minus the initial deposit and (if applicable) holding fee(s) that were acquired, as that will be used as the cancellation fee. All money will be refunded if canceled within 15 days and if nothing has been ordered or worked on yet.

Repairs:

Any repairs left more than 30 days after completion will be charged a holding fee of 10% per week until picked up. Repairs that are left more than 60 days after completion will become the property of J. Bacher Inc. All payments are non-refundable.

 

Scrap:

We require photo identification for all scrap transactions. All transactions are non-refundable. We DO NOT offer pawning.
